Neither oral sex nor the ingestion of semen will lead to pregnancy.
How risky is oral sex?
Oral sex is not completely risk-free. It is possible to spread STDs such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Hepatitis B during oral. However, it is far less risky in regard to STDs than regular or anal intercourse.
How can you reduce the risks?
Using latex wrap or a dental dam during cunnilingus or a condom during oral sex can drastically reduce the risk of an STD.

Dental dams (also known as vaginal dams) are rectangular pieces of latex that are used for protection while performing oral sex on a female.
Can herpes be caught from a cold sore?
Yes, a cold sore on the lip carries the herpes virus and can cause genital herpes.
